Clubhotel Lago di Tenno for holidays with your pet!

We know how difficult it is to leave your four-legged friend at home while you go on holiday, but we also know how difficult it is to find a hotel that welcomes pets. You are both welcome at Clubhotel Lago di Tenno.

 

Let us know at the time of booking, if you are travelling with your pet or if you have more than one, we will assign you the best room for your needs. We welcome small and medium-sized dogs (up to 25kg).

 

Moreover, on summer, a pet friendly beach awaits you 5 minutes away from the hotel, where your dog can freshen up, play in total safety and swim with you.

Upon arrival we take care of you and your pet, with cuddles and attentions dedicated to you travelling together.

 

 

Special attentions

 

The structure has rooms with balconies, specially designed to accommodate those who travel with animals.

Free of charge, but according to availability and on request, we provide bowls for water, food and hygienic bags.

On request, we also provide you with the contact details of our Dog Sitter or we can organise a guided tour for you, to do with your dog.

 

 

The rooms

 

We disinfect all rooms in depth, to destroy bacteria, eliminate mites and bad smells.

We regularly change bedspreads and blankets, while we clean the floor and furniture with specific products.

Be careful, anyway: in respect of the building and the hygiene of all guests, it is forbidden to let the animal on the beds, armchairs, chairs and tables. Just as it is forbidden to use bed and bath linen for the animal.

 

If you need cleaning wipes or a special towel, these are provided for a fee at the front desk.

 

 

Attention to their health

 

We don’t mess around with the health of our animal friends!

At the hotel we provide you with the reference of our trusted vet, for any need of your puppy. There is also a veterinary on-call service, during outpatient hours, for any emergencies.

All animals must always travel with their passport, former health booklet, for their own protection and that of other guests, and be in order with all vaccinations.
