It’s still effective, even in Trentino region, the ban on gatherings in public spaces.

This means: no more than 10 people together, at a distance of at least 1 metre, and 2 metres during sports activities.

When it is impossible to keep this distance, you will have to wear a mask (mask not compulsory for children under 12 and disabled people).

In some places they might take your body temperature and, if it’s over 37.5 degrees, your access will be denied.

Bars and restaurants are open, but to sit inside you need to show your Green Pass or negative molecular/antigen test and wear a mask.. The tables will be more distanced and, if you eat/drink at the counter, you will have to stay at least 1 meter away from other people. Although reservation is not compulsory, it is recommended, in order to make sure you find a seat.

As for restaurants: they are regularly open, with protective mask and hand disinfection compulsory  indoor. Depending on the size of the shop, access will be limited to a number of people at a time.

They will take place normally.

You can swim in the lake and sunbathe on the beach. The distance recommended between people will be 1.5 metres.

Also in the case of the lake, the rule is not to create gatherings. When you’re swimming it is recommended to keep a distance of at least 2 meters between others.

It is necessary to bring with you the Green Pass or a negative molecular/antigen test only to sit in the restaurant’s indoor dining rooms and breakfast area. Also in the hotel, in addition to respecting the social distancing, we have taken some special security measures to allow everyone to enjoy a carefree holiday.

Here they are:

– On your arrival we will take your body temperature with a thermo scan.

–  A plexiglas protective barrier has been placed in the reception area.

– In several points of the hotel you will find disinfectant in gel and wipes, while in the room will be available a small bottle.

– All surfaces and room environments as well as common areas will be sanitized with ozone and nitrogen peroxide technology.

– Cleaning of the room and objects (such as the remote control) will be done using certified products.

– The linen of the rooms will be sanitized and washed with PMC certified products by a specialized laundry.

– At the beginning of the season a certified company sanitized the entire structure with ozone technology.

– The hotel staff will always work with protective masks.
